  • This book on Boundaries is a classic and explains in relatively simple terms what a boundary-less life looks like whilst teaching the reader the meaning and definition of boundaries. The authors also go on to explain how to practically apply boundaries to one’s life, the possible tensions that result in doing that and the possible outcomes of faithfully committing to putting boundaries in place.

  • Viktor Frankl’s ‘Man’s Search for Meaning’ could be termed the most classic biography on the Holocaust experience. It is the story of Viktor’s (a Viennese Psychiatrist), experience at Auschwitz Concentration Camp during World War II and his existential survival.

As a psychiatrist, he found himself observing, how he and others survived Auschwitz and realised that those who survived the longest were the ones shared their last pieces of bread and cared for those who were sick and injured. He also dreamt of the first meal he would have once liberated from the camp… A hope that kept him longing.

‘Only those who allowed their inner hold on their moral and spiritual selves to subside eventually fell victim to the camp’s degenerating influence while those who made a victory of those experiences turned them into an inner triumph’ ~ Viktor Frankl.
